Delete your registered account

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete and open your student profile.
2. Select Delete My Account.
3. Type DELETE and select Permanently delete.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, profile, mobile number, date of birth, saved universities, study preferences, visa checklist, deadlines and consultation requests linked to your account are removed.

Request deletion without signing in

If you cannot access your account, submitted an enquiry without registering, or want help deleting specific details, email info@studyinkorea.in from the email address used for your account or enquiry. Tell us which data you want removed. We may need to verify your identity before acting to protect your information.

Opening this email link does not submit a request automatically; send the email to request deletion. Do not include your password, passport or other documents.

Emails and external copies

Account deletion does not recall emails already sent or automatically remove copies held by an external advisor or separate CRM. Contact info@studyinkorea.in to request deletion of those copies and any enquiry not linked to your account. If retention is legally required, we will explain what must be retained and why when responding to your request.
